Pricing policy


All prices are subject to changes without notice. Although we try our best to keep the website up to date in regards to prices and products, occasional errors are possible. If there is a discrepancy between the price shown online and the actual price, the actual price will always be applied. In this case, you will be notified by phone or email before your order is processed.

PF Systems loyalty program rewards our "silver" and "gold" customers by offering the following discounts:

Warranty policy


Warranty on computers / upgrades

Because we aim to offer systems that are as trouble free as reliable, we offer a 3 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee on all PF Systems computers / upgrades. If you do happen to experience any problems during the 3 year term of the warranty then we'll look after you. Simply contact us and an authorised representative of PF Systems will come to your door (in the general Port Fairy area) to get you up and running. Our only goal is to minimise your downtime. If the parts required are not in stock, we will do our best to provide you with a temporary solution.


Warranty on PF direct items

As we operate on a 5% profit margin under our PF direct scheme, freight charges will apply when sending PF direct items back to the manufacturer or distributor on behalf of the customer.


FCR (Fast Component Replacement) option

1. 3 Year onsite (Port Fairy Area) Warranty for all PFS Upgrades and Computers.

2. In the event of component failure, PFS will send the failed component back to warranty.

3. In order to get you up and running as fast as possible, you will be given the option of Fast Compoment Replacement (FCR).

4. FCR ensures you downtime is minimized. Your part will be quickly replaced with the same or equivalent part and you will pay the following:

FCR cost to you = [cost of replacement part] - [% of warranty time remaining on failed part] * [current resale cost of failed part]

eg. Your 80GB drive fails two years into your 3 year warranty. It originally cost $120, it’s now worth $70. You elect to have it replaced with a 160GB drive which costs $80 FCR cost = $80 - 33% * $70 = $56.90 You’ll end up with a new drive with a new warranty, short downtime, for a cost of $56.90.

5. If you do not elect to take FCR, you’ll need to wait for the component to be returned from warranty (which may take up to a few weeks).



Payment policy


Our invoices are usually sent by email. So, please make sure your email address is up to date. We accept the following payment methods:

  • - cash (in person)
  • - direct deposit into our Commonwealth Bank account (banking details appear at the left bottom of our invoices)
  • - cheque (mail or in person)

Terms of payment are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice.

PF direct orders, phone orders and email orders require payment upfront.
